Nothing is ever deleted or kicked out: if editors outnumber paid seats you get 14 days to pick who keeps one, anyone not picked keeps reading and searching all the work, and one click restores them exactly as they were.

Share a link and anyone can file work into a project without an account. Submissions arrive as tasks with the sender's own words kept intact and the source recorded. The public endpoint is rate-limited against abuse — that is a spam guard, not a usage meter.
