Boutique teams already know how the week was spent. Sahnga names the return on a project: Value, Cost, and Spread. Owners and admins see the money. The rest of the team sees hours. Guests are not watched.

- Value
- What this work returns — a retainer, a budget, a billed figure. Optional, and you can set an hours cap. Leave it blank and the row stays cost-only, not a fake zero return.
- Cost
- Hours times each person's labor rate. Hours without a rate stay unrated. They are not treated as free.
- Spread
- Value minus known Cost — only when Value is set. Zero is a real number. An empty field is unset.
- Unrated is not free
- Missing a rate names the unrated hours. Missing Value shows Cost only. The product will not invent a tidy profit.

The projects wall already shows hours this month or this week. Money sits on the same row — only for owners and admins, and only as far as the rates and Value you actually set.

Is this invoicing?+
No. There is no invoice PDF, no QuickBooks, no billing product. Value is an optional number you set on a project so you can see Cost and Spread against it.
Does everyone see labor rates?+
No. Owners and admins set rates and see money. Members see hours. Guests are not queried for time at all.
What if a rate or value is missing?+
Unrated hours stay unrated — they are not Cost of zero. Without Value, you get Cost only; Spread does not appear. Zero is a number you can set; a blank field is unset.
Is this on every plan?+
Yes. Free for one person, then $5 a person for teams — same product, no feature held back.
