What ClickUp gets right
ClickUp gives you an enormous amount of surface area for the money, and its custom fields and view system are legitimately powerful. If you want one tool to do everything, it tries hardest.
The honest take
Two meters run at the same time — automation actions and AI credits — and both are billed. Business gets 5,000 automations a month; genuinely unlimited automation is Enterprise, which is also where SAML lives, and ClickUp won't publish an Enterprise price. Brain AI is $9 per user per month for 1,500 credits with pay-as-you-go overage on top. Their own feedback board carries complaints about guests quietly converting to paid seats, one calling it "a very slimy tactic" after a bill went from $144 to roughly $1,250 a year. Performance at scale is the second-most-mentioned complaint in their G2 reviews.

Sahnga is flat where it counts — the seat, not the total: $5 for each person who creates or edits, one maker free, and that rate never climbs a tier at 10 people or 1,000. The total isn't one fixed number; it's your maker count times $5 and nothing else — no minimums, no rungs, no add-ons, and viewers, commenters, guests and clients never count. There are no tiers to climb: unmetered automations, timeline and dependencies, time tracking, full history, the API and one-click export are in every plan, including Free.
How much does ClickUp cost for a team of 10?+
Ten people on Sahnga is $45 a month — $5 each with the first maker free, and unlimited viewers, guests and clients on top at no charge. Matching that feature-for-feature on ClickUp means Business, which comes to about $120 a month for ten at their best published rate. And it's a floor, not a quote: SSO is only sold through a sales call, so the real number is higher.
Does Sahnga import from ClickUp?+
